The new Carrie.

Mühltal, 23/02/2024 – The Riese & Müller Carrie is our new entry-level model into the world of cargo bikes: compact, modular and ultra-versatile. Made for the active everyday lives of urban dwellers, and as versatile as their lives. It blends seamlessly into the multi-mobile life of the city, provides surprisingly generous storage space and, with a host of clever equipment options, is also extremely versatile.

With its Flex Box closed, the Carrie is extremely slimline, and so is easy to park anywhere. Open, the Flex Box provides surprisingly generous storage space, either for the weekly shop or for up to two children, for instance. The lockable box is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) and is 100% recyclable.

The Bosch Performance Line motor offers reliable assistance with 75 Nm of torque. The PowerPack 545 Wh battery is attached vertically to the frame and can be upgraded to a 725 Wh battery.

Riding on uneven terrain is comfortable, thanks to the optional suspension seatpost. A child seat can also be attached to the carrier with MIK system, which holds another 27 kg.

The Carrie becomes a Connected E-Bike, as it features the optional RX Chip. The RX Connect app then provides innovative digital features, such as intelligent route recording, motion alarm and GPS tracking. The RX Chip is the portal to Riese & Müller’s RX Services, an extensive range of services – from fully comprehensive insurance to recovery service.

Built for the future.

We have based the development of the Carrie on circular design principles: we have examined and optimised the entire life cycle of the bike in terms of its sustainability and durability. We have dispensed with PVC that can be potentially harmful to health with the optional weather protection child cover.

All Carrie accessories are designed to be easy to dismantle, clean and repair, if necessary.

The Carrie is available in the colors aqua, anise and shadow and can be configured with Microshift 10-speed derailleur or Enviolo hub gears.
