The progressive e-bikes Delite5 and Homage5 represent the ultimate in the development of technology and digitalisation. Building on a new, highly flexible platform, we are entering the next phase of the Control Technology range.
Multi-Drive
The frame is compatible with different drive systems. This is possible without changing the motor bracket or down tube and enables the same frame to be offered with different motors and batteries. Both the motor and battery are always fully integrated into the frame in a contemporary manner.
Frame production
We have relocated our frame production to Portugal. We therefore now have shorter and more climate-friendly transport routes. With a recycled content of over 34 % (ASI-certified aluminium), we are systematically pursuing our sustainability targets for the top models as well, and are committed to material circularity and recycling.
Kinematics
With a new kinematics concept for the supported single-pivot model, we have managed to combine the advantages of a single-pivot – low maintenance and low wear – with optimum integration. The rear swing arm has undergone a major redesign to provide a torsionally rigid and progressive response. Part of the new design also involves the conversion to a quick-release axle instead of sliders, lending the rear stay a very tidy appearance. The FOX suspension package is being included as series equipment, ensuring maximum ride comfort as standard. With 120 mm suspension travel at the front and 45 mm stroke at the rear, the air suspension completes the kinematics concept and delivers a comfortable riding experience on all surfaces. The frame lock semi-integrated in the swing arm allows the bike to be safely parked at all times.
Safety
203 mm brake discs at the front and rear together with the high-end TRP brake system safely bring the bike to a stop in any situation. Control Technology bikes are equipped with high-quality Supernova lighting. At the front, the M99 mini Pro is setting the benchmark as one of the brightest approved headlights with main and dipped beam. At the rear, the TL3 Pro provides a striking light signature and adds further functions, such as the brake and deceleration signal plus the emergency brake signal.
Geometry
We are also creating an optimum riding experience, with the revised geometry (Stack and Reach) compared to the previous model. Shortened chainstays make the bike more agile, and the slightly steeper seat angle shifts weight on the front wheel, improving riding stability. The higher bottom bracket provides more ground clearance and, in conjunction with the shorter crank, prevents the rider having to sit up around corners.
Design
The fully revised design merges the new models into a single recognisable range. At the same time, the range includes many elements of the previous models, so that the design represents an evolution that will guarantee brand awareness of our Control Technology models. Flowing transitions lend the frame a seamless appearance. And, thanks to Smooth Welding, the welds are barely visible. New frame colours, powder-coated in a resource-conserving manner, complete the look.

The lowerable seatpost, now standard on all models, increases comfort when getting on and off or at traffic lights.

The carrier permanently fixed to the frame is co-sprung thanks to Control Technology. This ensures the best riding characteristics even when fully loaded. The design of the carrier has been completely revised. We are now offering a pannier rack as an alternative to the standard carrier.
- The new Ergon GS20 Evo handles ensure optimum handling and the new Ergon SF gel saddle provides the ultimate comfort – with no seating discomfort.
- An integral elastomer and the new position of the stand on the swing arm eliminate any rattling.
- The lock bag with roll-top closure has been completely redesigned in collaboration with Vaude.
- High-quality aluminium mudguards with a matt black finish ensure a coherent look, at the same time providing optimum protection from dirt and moisture.
- The new frame-coloured battery cover is made of aluminium. It can be locked and is fully removable. As it is no longer connected to the battery, it also acts as a transport cover. Plastic trim on all edges protects the frame paintwork from damage, while the battery cover can be safely placed aside on two plastic risers without scratching.
- The horn is now integrated in the down tube and is therefore protected from dirt and water.
